At JC Services Products, we take pride in supplying quality airless paint spraying equipment and aim to ensure that every customer receives their order in good condition and as described.
Returns
Customers may request a return within 7 days of receiving the product if the machine is unused, in its original condition and packaging, and all accessories, manuals and components are included.
The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns.
Products that have been used, operated, damaged through misuse, incorrectly assembled, modified, or returned without the original accessories and packaging may not qualify for a change-of-mind return.
Faulty or Defective Products
If an airless paint sprayer arrives damaged or develops a manufacturing fault, please contact us as soon as possible.
We may request photographs, videos or other information to assist with assessing the issue. Where necessary, the machine may need to be returned to us for inspection, testing or repair.
If the product is confirmed to have a manufacturing defect covered by the applicable warranty, JC Services Products will repair, replace or otherwise resolve the issue in accordance with the warranty and applicable South African consumer law.
Damage caused by misuse, incorrect operation, negligence, unsuitable materials, lack of maintenance, normal wear and tear or unauthorised modifications is not considered a manufacturing defect.
Refunds
Where a refund is approved, the refund will be processed using the original payment method where reasonably possible.
Refund processing times may depend on the customer’s bank or payment provider.
Shipping charges are generally non-refundable for change-of-mind returns.
