These Terms & Conditions apply to purchases made through the JC Services website.

By placing an order, the customer agrees to these Terms & Conditions.

Products

JC Services Products supplies airless paint spraying equipment and related products.

Product descriptions, photographs and specifications are provided to assist customers in making an informed purchasing decision. Specifications may change where manufacturers make product improvements or changes.

Orders

An order is only considered accepted once payment has been received and the order has been confirmed by Just Call Products.

We reserve the right to cancel an order where a product is unavailable, incorrectly priced due to an obvious error, or where there is a reasonable concern regarding fraudulent or unauthorised transactions.

If an order is cancelled by us after payment has been received, the applicable payment will be refunded.

Pricing

All prices displayed on our website are in South African Rand (ZAR).

Prices may change without prior notice. The price applicable to a confirmed order will be the price accepted at the time of purchase.

Payment

Orders must be paid for in full unless alternative payment arrangements have been agreed with Just Call Products in writing.

Shipping

A nationwide shipping fee of R650 per airless paint spraying machine applies to deliveries within South Africa.

Shipping times may vary depending on the delivery destination, courier availability and other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Customers are responsible for providing a correct and complete delivery address and contact information.

Inspection on Delivery

Customers should inspect their machine and packaging upon delivery and notify Just Call Products as soon as reasonably possible if the package appears damaged or if any components are missing.

Warranty

Products are covered by the applicable manufacturer’s or Just Call Products’ warranty, where applicable.

Warranty claims are subject to the specific warranty terms supplied with the product.

Warranty coverage does not generally include damage caused by misuse, incorrect operation, negligence, unsuitable materials, improper maintenance, normal wear and tear, unauthorised modifications or accidental damage.

Returns and Refunds

Returns and refunds are handled in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.

Limitation of Liability

JC Services Products will not be responsible for losses arising from misuse, incorrect operation, improper installation or maintenance, or use of the equipment contrary to the manufacturer’s instructions.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions is intended to exclude or limit any rights that cannot legally be excluded or limited under South African law.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.

Changes to These Terms

JC Services Products reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The latest version published on our website will apply to future purchases.
