JC Services delivers all products nationwide throughout South Africa.

Shipping Cost

A standard shipping fee of R650 per product applies to deliveries throughout South Africa.

For example:

  • 1 product: R650 shipping
  • 2 products: R1,300 shipping
  • 3 products: R1,950 shipping

Any applicable shipping cost will be shown during checkout before payment is completed.

Order Processing

Orders are processed once payment has been received and confirmed.

Please allow up to 3 working days for order processing. Orders placed over weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Estimated Delivery Time

Once an order has been processed and dispatched, the estimated delivery time is up to 5 working days.

Delivery times may be affected by the destination, courier availability, public holidays or circumstances outside our control. Customers will receive the relevant delivery information once their order has been dispatched.

Delivery Areas

We deliver to all areas within South Africa.

Deliveries are made to the address provided by the customer during checkout. Please ensure that your delivery address, email address and contact number are correct before completing your order.

JC Services cannot be held responsible for delays or additional costs caused by incorrect or incomplete delivery information.

Remote and Outlying Areas

Deliveries to remote or outlying areas may take longer than the standard estimated delivery time.

If any additional courier charge applies, we will contact the customer before dispatching the order.

Collection

Collection may be available by prior arrangement.

Customers must contact JC Services before placing or collecting an order to confirm:

  • Whether collection is available
  • The collection address
  • The collection date and time
  • When the order will be ready

Please do not arrive for collection without receiving confirmation from us.

Damaged Deliveries

Please inspect your parcel when it arrives.

If the packaging or product appears damaged during delivery, please take clear photographs and contact JC Services as soon as possible.

Please provide your order number, contact details and photographs of the damaged packaging or product so that we can assist you.
